Caralluma or Proactol which one is better option?

I am just looking for any good weight loss solution out there in UK market. I did a web search and came to know about proactol and Caralluma. Both have been clinically proven and I am really confused which one would be better for effective weight loss. Anyone has tried any of theses for weight loss???

jignesh 		Proactol UK is made from a soluble fibre that as you have said that it is clinically proven to bind 27% of dietary fats.

And caralluma Burn is made from ‘Caralluma Fimbriata’. This is similar to hoodia…and has been used as a natural appetite suppressant.

Both works nice for weight loss. But I think beside going for any type of medication just try out the exercise and be on a strict diet it will work for you. If you are not interested in doing any of these then have a review about both the pills from internet then go for your choice. Ensure to consult your doctor before taking any pills.
