Should I use frequent medication to clear acne quickly?

I have started getting positive results within just a week of treatment, so I wonder to use it frequently, such that my acne is quickly healed?

spriya 		No, always follow the recommended dosage on time; never apply creams more than required. Actually what happens is that the topical medications when applied in excessive cause irritation in the skin, redness and follicular plugging and it ultimately delays clearing time. Any good results are hard to be achieved with frequent medication for acne treatment rather it would lead to side effects.
