Toenail problems while playing basketball; I feel pain in my toenails. How to solve this problem?

From past few days, I am getting problem while playing basketball at full court speed. I feel that it is happening due to my shoes but I wear a size of 11 and it is very comfortable on my foot. When I comeback in the evening after playing games I get pain and some time bleeding also. Is there any way to stop this problem?
